Our Philosophy: Catch them young, teach children tools to manage their mental health. School should incorporate via counselors simple breathing programs to give their students tools to cope with social pressures of today. Schools spend million of dollars on academics and sports but little on mental health which is the most important faculty for students to thrive in school and grow up into full fledge human beings. We want a child’s mental problems to be handled early in a natural way as a preventive mechanism before being referred to a health professional.
